Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all programs, services, and offerings of HireForSkillz ("HFS," "we," "us," "our"), including Sales Training Cohort Programs, GTM Retainer Services, Placement Support, and any related digital content or communications.

By enrolling in, purchasing, or accessing any HFS offering, you ("Participant," "Client," "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not enroll or proceed with payment.

2. Services Offered

HireForSkillz offers the following categories of services:

  • Sales Training Cohort Programs: Structured, instructor-led training programs (Beta Cohorts) designed to prepare individuals for B2B SaaS sales roles. Programs include live sessions, assignments, role-plays, and assessments.
  • GTM Retainer Services: Ongoing go-to-market advisory and execution support for B2B SaaS companies, delivered on a monthly retainer basis.
  • Placement Support: Career assistance, interview preparation, and employer connects for eligible program graduates.
  • Supplementary Offerings: Mock interviews, mentorship sessions, digital resources, and any other service communicated at the time of enrollment.

3. Enrollment and Eligibility

Enrollment in any HFS program is subject to:

  • Completion of the application or intake process as specified by HFS
  • Payment of applicable fees in full or as per the payment plan agreed upon at the time of enrollment
  • Acceptance of these Terms and the HFS Refund Policy

HireForSkillz reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) or as otherwise specified. Fees must be paid as per the schedule agreed at enrollment. Non-payment or default in any installment may result in suspension of access to program resources and sessions. All fees are non-refundable as detailed in the HFS Refund Policy.

5. Participant Obligations

As a participant, you agree to:

  • Attend scheduled sessions and complete assignments in good faith
  • Maintain respectful and professional conduct with HFS staff, coaches, and fellow participants
  • Not record, reproduce, distribute, or share any HFS program content, materials, or sessions without prior written permission
  • Provide accurate and truthful information during application, enrollment, and placement processes
  • Comply with any reasonable instructions given by HFS faculty or management

6. Intellectual Property

All content, curricula, training materials, frameworks, assessments, and resources provided by HireForSkillz are the exclusive intellectual property of HFS. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for your personal learning as part of the enrolled program. Any reproduction, resale, or distribution of HFS content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Placement Assistance

HireForSkillz provides placement support as a best-effort service. While HFS has facilitated placements at 50+ B2B SaaS companies, we do not guarantee employment or a specific salary outcome. Placement support is subject to the participant's performance, availability of opportunities, and market conditions. HFS shall not be liable for any delay in placement or failure to secure employment.

8. Confidentiality

Any information shared by HFS with participants — including employer details, proprietary frameworks, and program methodologies — is confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without HFS's prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HireForSkillz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in any program or use of any HFS service. HFS's aggregate liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Modification of Terms

HireForSkillz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the HFS website. Continued participation in any program or use of any service following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
