This Refund Policy applies to all programs, services, and offerings provided by HireForSkillz (referred to as "HFS," "we," "our," or "us"), including but not limited to Sales Training Cohort Programs, GTM Retainer Services, Placement Support, and any associated digital materials or sessions.
By enrolling in or purchasing any HFS program or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in its entirety.

Enrollment in an HFS program is non-transferable. Seats, access, or fees cannot be transferred to another individual. Deferral to a future cohort or program is not offered by default and is solely at the discretion of HireForSkillz management. Any exceptions, if granted, are communicated in writing and are not precedent-setting.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting HFS constitutes a breach of this policy. HireForSkillz reserves the right to take appropriate legal and commercial action in response to fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks, including permanent disqualification from all HFS programs and services.
HireForSkillz reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or restructure program content, session timings, faculty, and delivery formats. Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund. We are committed to delivering high-quality training and will communicate changes in advance wherever possible.
